Reservations of 8 hours or more can be cancelled and refunded up to four (4) hours prior to the start of the reservation.  No refunds will be issued for any reservation which is cancelled less than four (4) hours before the start time. No.  We value our customers time and privacy. We will only communicate with you regarding your account or reservations. Our communications are short.  Reservation progression (confirmation, payment, etc) is sent via text message for quick and easy access. Account issues are sent via email.  We reserve the right to call you if a situation requires your immediate attention.
